What should you know?

• You select a convenient monthly prepaid date, whatever works within your business.
• You receive a detailed log for all services, sent on a monthly basis.
• You lock into your agreement for 6 or 12 months, never an increase. You can change your plan at any time, monthly agreement or level.
• You receive a 10% discounted rate/standard hourly rate on any excess hours incurred beyond the contract level.
• You can use your monthly hours in increments or all at once.
• You simply sign up for the program that suits your needs, lock it in, and pay 1^st and last month.
• You decide the program is not beneficial, simply submit 30-day notice in writing. *

Please keep in mind: unused retainer hours will not be carried forward or refunded on Level 1 or 2.

If you choose Level 3 unused retainer hours will not be refunded; however, FIVE hours will be carried over to the following month (expiring at the end of that month) – more savings!
